DJ-World is the umbrella under which all the activities of Rob Boskamp take place.DJ Rob Boskamp ; Rob performs approx 4-6 times per week as a dj. His styles are house (groovy, soulful, techy, latinish, mash ups banging stuff), 90s houseclassics and dance, 70s/80s disco and dance. Jazz / Lounge is something he's familiar with as well.Dutch Agency : Rob also does the dj-agenda's for a lot of artists he handles as recordcompany as wellRecord Company : Rob has had a lot of labels over the last 20 years, of which Urban Sound of Amsterdam and Movin Melodies are the most wellknown ones. Since going digital only a couple of years ago, his active labels are Big Boss Records and S.M.A.S.H. Records.Producer / Remixer / Mixer : Rob also remixes tracks (a.o. snoop dogg, nick corline, kadoc, nils van zandt, t-spoon, moony, da hool, robert abigail), as a producer he made name with tracks like 'in the evening' and the first ever urbanhouse track 'get your ass up'. As a mixing dj he mixed tons of compilations, including 'mash up' for Sony, 'soultown' for Blue Note, 'brazilian basics' for Essential dance music, Mambo Beach for Big Boss Records(for a total overview check www.djrobboskamp.nl) Promotional mailouts: dj-world has over 15 years of experience in the field of club/dj/partydj promotion (physical and digital product) and was the first ever company in Holland to do this.
