The Company invested in workforce housing projects through its real estate development division. Innovative projects included Rent to Own townhouse projects, Affordable Housing Grant projects, Inner City infill housing, zero lot line suburban subdivisions and Inner City HUD housing developments. The Company was an early leader in Public/Private Partnerships for affordable and workforce housing. The Company had international operations, building over 500 dwelling units at large multinatonal corporate housing compounds. The Company's products won several awards for innovative design.
