A self-starter who has established and successfully run a graphic design business, providing creative and design services for a number of Corporates and small businesses in Australia and New Zealand. I spent 15+ years working in a Marketing/Advertising environment (Account Service and campaign management) which has given me a great understanding of the business, strategic and creative process required in delivering great work to Clients, as well as a valuable insight into the demands of Client/Agency organisations and how to establish effective working relationships. As a freelance designer/small business owner I have been able to acquire, service and retain a number of Clients and have had the flexibility to provide different service models which include: Full service offering, design services to complement a Client's main Agency relationship as well as having contracted inhouse. Specifically I have developed design materials from brand guidelines, print and direct mail, website and banner design as well as presentations and training materials. I pride myself on providing a professional and reliable fast turn-around service where quality, attention to detail and achieving an excellent standard of execution has always been a focus. Also, having self-managed my delivery, I have developed a strong sense of accountability, reliability and ownership for driving Client satisfaction.
