We have developed projects in many different fields in clients such as: SUCOS MAIS AND TROPBRASIL (both Sold to Coca Cola), TETRAPAK, COSAN, ITAMBÉ, PIF PAF, VOTORANTIM, SECULUS, LAFARGE, WHITE MARTINS, BMG, USIMINAS, CEDRO, JABIL, VALLOUREC, TAKENET (Sold to Faith Group), among others. We helped them: 1. Understand their markets, opportunities, risks and client´s needs. 2. Deploy structured information systems 3. Define a specific business positioning and concept definition. 4. Define businesses RTM (Rout to Market) 5. Define the organization strategic plan 6. Define and manage their innovation and product development structure 7. Manage new business implementation and define their funding strategies Beyond that, we decide to be an accelerator and angel in Start up's. In the last 3 years, we have been structuring a Startup based business Unit within DMEP´s Infrastructure, as well. In addition, we are partners in Confrapar, a VC fund (BRL 150 million) management company.
