DNA-QA was born out of a desire by the three principals to see quality assurance in the hospitality industry using standards that actually improve services for guests in the guests' eyes, which by definition has to be a dynamic activity.We are a consulting and training company that will carry out quality audits and will also assist our clients with operational and strategic solutions and staff training.Our aim is to act as a completely unbiased QA audit partner to hospitality and tourism service providers, with audits that measure real standards which have major impact on guest satisfaction and analyze real-time performance for solutions. Through consultation, training, and follow-up on the proposed full-spectrum solutions resulting from the front-end inspection, we then assist our clients to achieve optimum operating levels, so their guests' experiences mirror their expectations, and our clients benefit from guest satisfaction.
