Today an expert in manufacturing of product, Solid Modeling, FEA and Simulation.Projects encompass small part, high speed automated assembly, laser & optics, robotics, reverse osmosis and hydraulics, molding, tool and die, equipment installation through forty-foot diameter military radar antenna and 250,000 pound mobile aircraft hangars. An expert equipment designer.Have led teams of machinist, designers, engineers and have championed continuous improvement projects together with being lead in a manufacturing environment. Was a member of a Siemens Six Sigma VA/VE Team and created Plans, Schedules, Manpower and Budgets for Air Force Projects. Flew to Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore as Design Lead of Surface Mount Technology Equipment for KEMET. Survived earthquakes in Costa Rica while working with Micro Pneumatic Logic's stamping and molding facility in San José. Traveled OCONUS for the US Air Force to Ascension Island in the South Atlantic Ocean to work with Missile Precision Instrumentation Radar.
