Giraffes are the perfect metaphor for all things good. They have big hearts - upwards of 25 pounds. They keep their heads held high. They all look different - no giraffe has the same spots. There's no hierarchy in a tower (a group of giraffes), so even though they all look different, they're all equal in the eyes of the other giraffes. And they stick their necks out for others.Our mission at Giraffe is to bring our readers, our members, and our coaching clients positivity and purpose for a more meaningful life. By following the fundamental qualities of the majestic giant, we set in motion small ripples of good that will help us all build a healthier, happier, more successful mindset. And that is The Giraffe Effect. To accomplish our goals we offer three things. First, our print magazine, The Giraffe Effect. It's filled with positive stories, happy news, and good ideas to make the world better. You can subscribe at thegiraffeeffect.com. Second is our Tower membership. It's a group of VIGs (very important giraffes) that have made the decision to choose a happier, more optimistic mindset. As a group we focus on common bonds (the things that bring us together, not the things that divide us). We share positive stories and encourage each other, not to be perfect, but to be just a little bit better than we were yesterday. We do random acts of kindness every month because we believe that the easiest way to feel happy, is to make someone else feel happy too. We communicate through positive dialogue - no mean comments here. Our goal is to help each other find more joy through the five fundamentals. And third, we are coaches. We offer one-on-one coaching on a number of themes. Whether you want to reach a specific goal or enjoy an overall more meaningful life, we can help you build the path to get there. Themes: Mindset, Positivity & Purpose, Overall Wellness, Goal Setting, Volunteerism & Fundraising, and Giraffe Level Living.
