DO Income Fund specializes in the acquisition, disposition, and servicing of non-performing real estate notes across most real estate asset classes with an emphasis on residential notes. We purchase primarily NOO Non-QM, Bridge, FNF, and all other hard money business purposee NOO non-performing notes (NPNs). We leverage our agility and enterprise-level proprietary BPMN technology to help borrowers stay out of foreclosure whenever possible while providing industry-leading returns for our investors. Over the last 10 years, we have saved 81% of our defaulted borrowers from ending up in foreclosure. We currently purchase NPNs in 11 west coast/rocky mountain states.
