At Dobbyn Lightning Protection, we believe that properly-installed lightning protection and grounding systems are a crucial component of building safety. Here in the southern Alberta foothills, in one of Canada's most active thunderstorm regions, it is particularly important to ensure that our installations are of the highest caliber, and that they meet or exceed published standards. Therefore, our mission is twofold: to grow awareness of the dangers posed by lightning and the importance of lightning protection, and to raise the bar for lightning protection and grounding installation quality in Western Canada. We provide lightning protection and grounding services to industry, including installations, design and specification reviews, inspections, and testing. As the only certified Master Installer/Designer of lightning protection in Western Canada , we bring our decades of experience to bear on all aspects of a project, from initial designs in the pre-planning phase, to the final certification of an installed system.
