In addition to being a spin on our last name, Zupanick, the name Dobra Zupas was chosen for our restaurant to pay homage to our Slovenian heritage as "dobra zupas" translates from Slovene to mean "good soup." The concept that started the Dobra Zupas' brand was to serve gourmet food off of a constantly changing menu, at an affordable price. We wanted to give our customers a unique dining experience that offers new dishes paired with craft beer in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.
