Dobrovita Ltd. was the first company in Slovenia, providing the services of work rehabilitation and employment for people with mental health problems, which have limited ability or not at all, to find employment in the open labour market. The founder and owner of Dobrovita Ltd. is SENT - Slovenian Association for Mental Health.Vision and mission of the company is to create new jobs (employment), development of programs of work rehabilitation for disadvantaged and with the expertise and knowledge to enable people with various handicaps (people with long term mental health problems, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, people with low educational level, etc...) to get and keep a long-term employment.Dobrovita Ltd. operates on the open market so therefore the integration of people involved in social and work environment is more natural and realistic, thus stigmatization of disadvantaged people lower. Dobrovita Ltd. enables the provision of training in the workplace, public works and other employment programs.
