We are located in Washington, MI and service a large portion of Macomb, Oakland and Lapeer Counties. We expertly remove viruses and malware, upgrade and repair pc's and laptops, install new pc's and transfer old files and programs, and install new wireless devices and printers. We have a 30 day warranty on parts and labor. You will deal with one technician from start to finish, always Jay himself, and he is available Monday through Saturday by phone to answer your computer questions for free. Call 586-255-5700. He'll show up on time or he will call to let you know when to expect him. We keep every appointment and will treat you and your computer with respect. Doctor Jay is affordable. We charge $80 for the first hour, $70 each additional hour rounded to ¼ hour. Most problems are solved within the first hour. Call with your problem and he'll probably have a good idea about how long it will take to fix it. A typical computer tune-up or virus removal takes an hour or less.
