Inspired by Your ResilienceDoctora is a state of mind and being grounded in self-care, preservation, and resistance. Doctora recognizes more than academic achievement or aspiration, it celebrates wisdom from all lived experiences. We selected the term Doctora (or Dra) to embrace and celebrate those traditionally and not traditionally considered holders of knowledge and truth. We honor women, people of color, immigrants, and those of us handling life on various intersectional margins. We see a Doctoras in all of us and hope our designs amplify your truth, strength, and beauty. Doctora was started in 2017 to create resources for future scholars. We make a contribution to the Doctora Textbook Scholarship from every purchase.
