Doctors Accountable Care Organization (DACO) are group of doctors, hospitals, and other health care providers who collaborate and work together to give their Medicare patients the best possible care. The goal of DACO is to support network doctors in caring for their patients by coordinating patient care. DACO ensures that the patients in network get the right care at the right time while avoiding the unnecessary duplication of tests or services.DACO support its network physicians to coordinate patient care. DACO is a 100% independent physicians owned and operated organization that is formed to improve healthcare delivery. In order to achieve this goal, services are based on an Accountable Care Organizations (ACO) principles and purpose. The ACO "three part aim" is to improve the patient experience, improve population health and decrease per capital healthcare costs.
