My name is Bowdrie and I am an aspiring cookie...guy.I have tested recipes in books, online, from family, and even concocted a few recipes myself, and I have come up with (in my opinion) some of the best cookies that I have ever tasted.Cookie shops nowadays have turned a simple dessert into a cultural phenomenon. If there's one thing that is standing up to quarantines, it's the public's need for cookies.What sets Doh Cookies apart from the rest? Well, have you ever heard of a donut cookie? I didn't, so I decided to make one. My signature Doh Cookie can only be described as confection perfection. Is it a cookie? Is it a donut? It's both! The outside resembles the texture of a sugar cookie, but the inside is soft and fluffy like a donut. These go great with milk and are the perfect size for guilt-free enjoyment.Speaking of portion size, Doh Cookies are portioned just right. Another popular cookie shop likes to sell their softball sized cookies, along with a hefty helping of regret (you know which one I'm talking about). With a Doh Cookie, eating one doesn't destroy your hopes for just one more.I intend to add additional favorites in the future, so stay tuned and find your inner cookie!
