DOKAR Custom masts can be made according to the specific needs of the customer from extruded aluminum profiles with affordable prices and high quality. DOKAR is also capable of manufacturing plate fold masts for customers needing lighter and stronger aluminum mast as the section size and thickness can be played from bottom to the top of the mast according to the required inertias both transversely and longitudinally resulting a lighter and better cosmetics.DOKAR Booms can be made from both aluminum plate or extrusions as well as combining those two to have better shapes such as Park Avenue type, sail storage type and boom furl type or more strength such as double structural reinforced type. Again on Park Avenue like varying shaped booms section size and plate thickness can be altered to get the lightest possible configuration depending on the calculated moment of inertias.DOKAR Spreaders can be manufactured from again aluminum plate or extrusions and also from polished stainless steel depending on needs or type of the spreaders as we can make these in Symmetrical Open A shaped, symmetrical closed or foil shaped and all of these spreaders can be made to fit any fittings like eye and fork terminal combination for both wire and PBO rigging or top of the line Navtec L500 rod Tipcup.DOKAR finishes all masts, booms, spreader and carbon components with polyurethane based AWLGrip.DOKAR can manufacture specialist aluminum or stainless steel parts also
