Forno Naldoni is located in the hills at the foot of the Italian Apennines, between Emilia-Romagna and Tuscany, close to Brisighella, a town near Ravenna. It developed at the beginning of the 1950s as an artisan bakery whose production is focused on bread and typical confectionery products. In order to keep up with the increasing demand, in 1978 we began selling our products in small shops and, in 1990, we started out in the large-scale retail trade. Our business has developed year by year, always complying with fundamental principles including our commitment to guarantee high quality standards and to use traditional recipes. In 2010 we founded DOLCIARIA NALDONI, a new plant located in Fognano di Brisighella, which will allow us to meet the market requirements even more efficiently by making our production more flexible and increasing the product mix.
