Domicile & Co. is a real estate investment and interior design firm focusing on its own development projects, as well as residential commissions, primarily in New York City and the Hamptons. Our current projects are unique in style, scope and location, and include the design and build of a 6-bedroom beach residence located on 1.7 acres in East Hampton, the renovation of a co-op apartment in Manhattan's Gramercy Park, and consulting work for the remodel of an Italian pied-à-terre in a historic building in central Rome. Whether through our own investments and the complete transformation of undervalued real estate, or by partnering with our clients to create the home of their dreams, our goal is simple: to build gorgeous, sought-after environments that unlock a home's full potential.Through efficient space planning, a thoughtful selection of materials, and with an eye for craftsmanship and timeless finishes, we produce beautiful turn-key homes — reimagining the way we live, one home at a time.
