DoneThing is a personal assistance service which enables you to shop from roadside to malls, pick and drop things, run errands and find domestic or professional help via App/WhatsApp/Call/SMS.We service all requests within the geographical limits of Gurgaon for now but soon we will be expanding to other cities too.Our service charges are very nominal and depend on the complexity of the request and the distance needed to be traveled from the source to the destination.Our Operating hours are 9 AM to 11 PM but you can place your requests for a later date/time from the app as per your convenience even during the non-operating hours.We maintain a "No Questions Asked" return policy if the products/services delivered to you are not of a satisfactory quality.Except for food and grocery products, return/refund on other products depends on store/vendor policy. Also, any order can be cancelled without any charge before it has been picked up/initiated.We are committed to completing all requests at or below MRP in super quick time.
