Dong Hanh Association Details
Dong Hanh (which means "Companion") is a scholarship fund who helps underprivileged youths from the countryside to complete their higher education in the main cities in Vietnam. The association was founded in 2001 by a group of Vietnamese students studying in France and currently counts more than 100 members in France, the UK, Singapore, and the US. Over ten years of operation and development, the fund has awarded around 1,700 scholarships to students from more than 12 universities and high schools in Vietnam. Candidates are chosen based on three main criteria: family and financial situation, academic results, and their dreams. Because we believe everyone has the right to dream of a better future and to work towards fulfilling this. And we strive to become a true companion to the students in their journey.
