In 1999, Senior engineer Ju Jun Ping established Shengjia industrial group, specialized in customized metal parts, built stamping factory in 2003, built laser cutting factory in 2007, change stamping factory name to built brand"Taihe"in 2020, upgrade workshop and made new decoration in 2021. We create metal parts like springs, brackets, clips, and other types of metal stampings from many types of materials, like steel, stainless steel, bronze, brass, aluminum, copper, and more. At Taihe, tooling is designed and fabricated by our staff of highly skilled toolmakers, utilizing the latest CAD technology. We have full control over all aspects of the process, from prototype to production, to deliver quality products of OEMs worldwide. In the spirit of excellence and craftsman, Taihe passed ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, got over 10 patents, and approved as High-technology enterprise, Government-supported enterprise and Credit enterprise, audited as second tier supplier of BMW , Benz, Siemens, Bosch, IKEA, Intel, etc. We have 3 engineering teams, first is R&D team, responsible for technical research and designing mold, second is Mould team, manufacturing mold and testing JIG, third is cost optimizing and quoting engineering team. All staff involved in quality control , operators keep on inspecting during processing by JIG, IPQC check the products during processing in every 30 minutes ,production and quality manager do sampling-check.Before packing,100% full inspection for the appearance,Ensure defective rate lower than 20ppm.
