Our educational YouTube channel creates content for children, caregivers, and educators.•Using high production value we develop "Picture Book Read Aloud" videos in a vein similar to classic shows like Reading Rainbow and Sesame Street.•All content is marketed through Twitter, Instagram, Facebook (Including special interest groups), and Google Adwords. Authors and illustrators are tagged, which has resulted in multiple retweets and shares from authors and publishers.•Each video has an Amazon Affiliate link (creates revenue), Accelerated Reader information, and a pre-generated public library search link (searches US locations).•Additional revenue is attained through a Patreon page with patron incentives.•Analytics are tracked through YouTube analytics, and a connection between Google Adwords and Google Analytics.•The Channel's SEO follows current trends through the use of Google Tagger to analyze the viability of keywords within content copy.
