Home-based ceramic studio. I make high-fired stoneware garden items - stoneware obelisk pedestals with slip stoneware sundials, and matching birdbaths. The sundials are calibrated to tell time in the greater Cape Town area. 0.9 metres in height, approximately 20kg. Buff stoneware finish with underglaze ornament on the pedestals, mottoes stamped into the capital, dial plates glazed with gunmetal-bronze glaze.
