DoorDrop is a startup company located in Waterloo, ON. It was started as a partnership between 4 Wilfrid Laurier MBA students and two engineering professionals to address the problem of failed, to-the-door deliveries. There are an estimated 935 million failed to-the-door deliveries in North America every year. This causes inconvenience and lost time for consumers, and billions of dollars in lost efficiency to logistics companies. DoorDrop addresses this problem with a unique product that allows users to securely receive deliveries when they are not home to accept them.
