DORUM was set up in Warsaw in 1992 as one of the first customs agencies by virtue of license obtained from the Chairman of the General Customs Office no. 106. In March 2005 we changed legal status to Limited Partnership DORUM K. Czajka and Partners in order to emphasize the family character of the business. Acquisition of increasing market share was conducive to the building of the DORUM GROUP. The DORUM GROUP employs ca. 60 employees, who have for many years been making up a harmonious, competent and friendly team open to Customer needs. Due to our experience and flexibility in international worldwide transportation market we can offer service in air, sea and road-deliveries.Our target is to change from a domestic freight forwarder in to one of the leading providers of end-to-end supply chain solutions in domestic and international freight transportation, integrated logistics management and information technology.We mind the highest quality of cooperation with Customers; we also operate based on a Customer Satisfaction Monitoring program, which allows us for monitoring and constant perfection of quality of cooperation in everything we do.On Customer request we are able on short notice to commence service at any indicated location and set up a DORUM branch office there.
