We specialize in geotechnical and structural construction problems, repairs and remediation throughout South and Central Florida. Our web name really says it all. Our fields of expertise include the installation of Micropiles, Helical Piles, Tiebacks, Soil Grouting and Water Stop Grouting as well as Structural Repairs. We have developed our own patented soil grouting system called TerraGrout. TerraGrout has been used successfully to enhance soil under existing foundations where additional capacity is required as well as a excavation support system where conventional systems are not practical due to vibrations created during the installations. We have also developed and patented a helical piling system called the DEI Rock Anchor. Our patented helical piling system is capable of penetrating hard limestone rock creating a socketed interface. The lead section of a typical helical pike will spin out when encountering rock, no so with the DEI Rock anchor, we're able to drive the helical plates deep into the rock eliminating any possibility of the anchor slipping on the hard subterranean surface. Dosdourian also specializes in stoping water intrusion with chemical grouts. We have stopped as much as 1000 G/P/M with over 50' of head pressure with specialized chemical grouts.
