DotComUnity c.i.c is a not for profit Social Enterprise providing a one stop online resource and directory for finding out about community services, care information and social interactivity for adults and children with a learning and/or physical disability within YOUR local community. It's business model is based on sponsorship of areas, categories and pages by forward thinking and like minded businesses both within and external to the care industry. This sponsorship enables the site to remain free to the organisations listed and most importantly to the end users, and their circle of care who need this valuable resource and the information contained therein. However, DotComUnity is more than a specialised directory. By enabling it's users to feedback on services and interact with service providers it hopes to improve the standard of care being offered within the UK, while building a safe and supportive community for the end user.
