Redefining custom home building in Colorado, offering superior service and craftsmanship, and constantly raising the bar by being the first builder of LEED Certified Gold home in Summit County, we aim to please.\\We expect our customers to be selective when choosing a home builder, in turn Double Diamond is selective in projects they will undertake and offers building services to a limited number of select clients annually. We find that by limiting the number and types of projects, we are able to offer a higher level of service than most other builders.\\Our mission is to provide services for those looking for or requiring more than your typical builder. Prior examples of this was the building of the County's first LEED Gold Certified residence, building a residence surrounded by wetlands, and the construction of a residence along a creek. We recently completed the largest home and one of the most technically integrated homes in Breckenridge.\\The ultimate goal is to have the vision for your home achieve its maximum potential. We would like to be your partner in facilitating that. We prefer to be involved with the project at the earliest possible stage, in some instances even with lot selection. The owner, Arnie Surdyk, has first-hand knowledge of every detail involving every project and is available to answer any questions that arise throughout the process or even in the "still dreaming" stages.\\Double Diamond does not believe in "Cost + Percentage" contracts. For example if a client chooses an expensive finish package, the builder should not profit from that.
