Steve Lombardozzi Sr. brings a very unique and effective "Progression Oriented" approach to teaching the complex skills of the game. His methodology allows him to teach a 9 year old the identical movements he perfects in the Major League Players he works with. Steve Sr's playing and coaching experience is vast, from youth ball to winning a World Championship as the leading hitter (412 avg.) for the 1987 Minnesota Twins. Steve's son plays for the 2012 National League Eastern Division Champion Washington Nationals. One of Steve Jr's many personal accomplishments to date occurred in 2011 when he established a 100+ year All-Time Minor League Fielding Record for infielders. Only making 2 errors he posted the best single season fielding percentage (.997) ever recorded by a Shortstop, Second or third baseman with over 600+ total chances in the history of the Minor Leagues.
