You have a large stand and would like to build multiple units, group and cluster housing, duplex units, or flats.As-built drawings are usually required for the following reasons:1. You have an existing structure, but no drawings of it. (Common in much older properties)2. Council has requested that you submit updated drawings of your property due to what's on site not matching what their records.3. You trying to sell your property and the bank has requested that you provide updated approved as built drawings of the existing building.4. The project has just been constructed, but you haven't been issued with drawings that reflect all the changes that were made during the construction process.
