The Douglas Commerce & Business Association (DCBA) team is comprised of dedicated students from all the various departments of commerce and business administration. Founded in 2009, the DCBA is a team of student volunteers who are passionate about getting students engaged and involved in and around the community. We provide a professional, open, honest, and fun culture in which each member can actively grow on a personal and professional level. Through the teaching of best practices and feedback, we will a) help the DCBA to remain sustainable and ever more successful for DCBA successors and b) help students learn valuable and important skills in a business like setting to accompany them as they enter the business world.
