I will listen to develop an in-depth understanding of the goals and objectives for the role, as well as consider the makeup, fit and personal dynamics being sought to fit your company culture.Whether you are a Resourcer, Delivery, 360 Recruitment Consultant or Partner/Director, I will listen to your ideals and match them to the agencies I am working with.Whether I'm working on your recruitment project on a contingency or retained basis, I only accept a vacancy once I fully understand the requirements. I then go to work, searching diligently for suitable candidates within my professional network.I have worked remotely since 2018 and love the benefits this allows me.
