DP World TIS Pivdennyi is a fast, flexible, customer-focused container terminal located in the waters of the seaport Pivdennyi in the Odessa region. The deepest and most advanced container terminal in Ukraine with berth depths of 15 m and five STS cranes in one line.The terminal has its own developed railway infrastructure and was the first among Ukrainian seaports to introduce a service of regular block trains, which benefits both customers and the environment by preventing traffic congestion.Container turnover in 2020 amounted to almost 245 thousand TEU, which is an increase of 12% compared to 2019. The terminal is still among the key taxpayers in the Odessa region and one of the main investors in Ukrainian logistics.In 2020, it became part of the world-famous port group DP World, which owns 51% of the terminal; the remaining shares belong to the Ukrainian co-owners of the TIS port.
