Dr. Monica MD was the brainchild of a diverse group of professionals - a practising dermatologist with 38 years experience in treating skin ailments specific to India & the Sub-continent, a business professional with a background in operations management & administration and a mass communications major with rich experience in the world of publishing, communication & wildlife conservation. As a practising dermatologist, Dr. Monica could never quite get what she needed from existing skin solutions in the market, as they were made for climates and life styles different to the Indian sub-continent. Equally, there was nothing that quite met the needs of children, especially infants. Hence, was born the range of products developed by Dr. Monica, addressing common skin ailments, but with a particular emphasis on solutions suitable for sensitive skin types. The company was founded with the vision of promoting the use of non-steroidal applications in the treatment of simple skin diseases. The products are made according to the Doctor's formulas developed during the last 38 years of her practice as a skin specialist, keeping in mind the need for safety, efficacy & ease of usage. Our products are specially made for sensitive, troubled or unhappy skins, as they do not contain many of the irritants (perfumes, dyes or parabens) widely used in popular brands.
