Dr Tina's Leadership Academy offers leadership capacity building for your STEM executives, managers, supervisors, team leaders, aspiring leaders and influencers. We offer a three-tiered approach including i. Executive development through bespoke coaching, ii. leadership development through application of The Leadership Challenge ®., and iii. soft skills development through a series of foundational workshops.We also recognize that effective group dynamics and team interaction contribute to the health of your organization, and offer group facilitation, culture facilitation, and diversity-to-inclusion facilitation when hard conversations need to be managed. I. Executive Development i. How do we help develop your executives?The shift from technical and supervisory management to executive leadership is a big one. We work with senior managers and technical experts recently promoted to executive leadership positions to help them bridge the gap. While they may have been promoted as a result of strong individual performance, as their employer you recognize that they may not have acquired all of the leadership skills necessary to bridge the gap – and without support, they may struggle to be successful in their new leadership role.
