Draft Land 是亞洲第一間以 Cocktails On Tap 形式為主的汲飲式雞尾酒吧。團隊透過汲飲系統，將氮氣及二氧化碳注入酒精飲品及非酒精飲品中，創造出快速、高品質、永續且可負擔的專業調酒。飲品研究室 Drinks Lab 為不斷重新定義飲品，同時重視跨領域創新的飲品企業。Draft Land 於 2018 年由 Drinks Lab 所創立，在台灣開設第一家台北本店，隔年開設香港分店，並在 2020 年曼谷 COMMONS Saladaeng 文創園區開設第三家分店。透過生產研發核心 Daily by Draft Land 和 Testing Room 發展出多元調飲，目前我們正在著手進行瓶裝雞尾酒計畫。未來預計擴大品牌，進入各種生活通路，以產業界的雞尾酒領導品牌為目標。Draft Land is a draft cocktail bar that provides cocktails on tap. Our team crafts a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails with its Draft System by injecting N2 or CO2 into beverages to create fast, high quality, sustainable, affordable selections of speciality cocktails. Founded in 2018, Draft Land is created by Drinks Lab, a beverage research and development company that values cross-disciplinary innovation and strives to continuously redefine beverages. Opening our first location in Taipei, we have since then opened up in Hong Kong and Bangkok.Using bottled cocktails as the initial idea to create Draft Land's production through the research and development of Daily by Draft Land and Testing Room to diversity different kinds of cocktails, our ultimate goal is to expand the brand into various lifestyle channels and become the industry's leading cocktail brand.
