Dragon House MMA, LLC is a Bay Area based martial arts institute founded in 1996 by Grand Master Zhong Luo. Following his family tradition of "body and spirit", he has brought from China time-tested training methods and combined them with modern day fighting styles to create the highest evolutionary form of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). The students are trained and conditioned in the disciplines of Kung Fu (Bak Mei aka White Eye Brow Style), Sanshou (Chinese Kick Boxing), Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Mongolian Wrestling. To tie in with the physical, Sifu Luo also provides the enlightenment, education, philosophy, and life-style that follows with each discipline thus encouraging the students to ever expand their experience beyond combat.Dragon House MMA also follows the time-honored tradition of friendly competition by hosting quarterly events sanctioned by the California State Athletic Commission (CSAC). Held at the historic Kezar Pavilion in San Francisco, the events are the starting point in the "warrior's" journey to further develop their skills and experiences that are much needed in high tier competition.
