Instead, we create an interactive experience in which people can get as close as possible to real-life situations, but in a safe, supportive, learning environment.Experiential Learning Through DramaWe provide a genuinely different, original and rewarding way of learning new skills and of understanding issues which arise in the workplace.We use drama practitioners to facilitate the learning process. But this is not some twee 'luvvie' exercise: this is a rigorous, challenging approach, but one which yields more productive results than those from more traditional training and coaching approaches.We work with individuals and businesses to give people the tools they need to identify the ‘role' they are playing in any situation, how this is perceived by their ‘audience', what they want their audience to see, hear and feel and how to achieve this.
