Since Dan Ryan Builders was founded in 1990, the executives and corporate employees have generally been linked to Dan Ryan Builders' building brand. Over the years, we have introduced new brands, a title company, and the residential development services branch that provides entitlement, development, and construction services for outside investors.Operating under the DRB Group name, our brands include Elevate Homes, Fielding Homes, and DRB Coastal. Elevate Homes offers a refreshing alternative to current and existing age-restricted communities. Fielding Homes, a North and South Carolina brand, brings thoughtful design at a community level down to the homes and the way they live. Finally, DRB Coastal offers modern homes specifically designed for the casual and active lifestyle that comes with living near the shore. In 2016, Sumitomo Forestry Co. Ltd., the parent company of Sumitomo Forestry America, Inc., purchased a majority share of Dan Ryan Builders and its corporate entity. Under the direction of President and CEO Ronny Salameh, the organization has grown to a Top 30 Homebuilder on the Builder 100* list. DRB Group operates in nine states and seventeen metro markets across the East Coast. Located in Rockville, Maryland, the corporate office is conveniently close to three major airports.
