Dreams Hearts Foundation is a team of young, passionate professionals whose heart is to give back to the community the best way they know how through their God-given talents. Our desire is to spark the rise of a generation of bold, young, go-getters, a generation of big dreamers who fearlessly fulfill their dreams.We want to create a youth-led non-governmental organization that empowers young people (18-35 years) to lead successful and purpose-driven lives through their dreams and aspirations.At Dream Hearts Foundation, we believe that children are the very essence of the future. Who they are tomorrow is essentially the outcome of how they are raised and nurtured today.
