I am in the construction-real estate industry to help redesign how we build, live, and interact through beautiful and intelligent design. I create structurally unique plans, manage construction projects, and/or consult toward general success in the industry. I tend to lean toward the more creative projects, but I will review and consider all types. I am particularly useful for structural renovations and additions, where someone needs an evaluation on what can be salvaged. My first concern is always to be efficient. I don't believe in wasting time or money. If I can honestly help, I will work with you to develop a proposal. If not, I'll explain to you why I'm probably not fit for the services you need.
