Established in 2012, Dreamcôte Wine Co. is a 600 case creative collaboration project between friends. Every year we work with new grape varietals (IE: Pinot Noir) and wine styles (IE: Carbonic fermentation) because we appreciate variety. The styles we strive for are often fruit-forward, food friendly, fun and enjoyable. After all, it's just wine we're talking about - a beverage. Wine snobbery has always been a personal frustration of mine. Wine is complex - a life-long journey of learning. Dreamcôte strives to simplify the perplexities that plague the industry. Do you like it? It's that simple. Don't feel you should like something you are told to like. Always try new things. In the end, life is short. Drink what you like.
