High School is one of life's most challenging times, full of pressure, confusion, and self-doubt. It's all too easy to fall off pace. DREAMFAR High School Marathon turns the road into the classroom by challenging students of all abilities and backgrounds to accomplish something exceptional: train for and run a marathon. Launched in 2008, DREAMFAR has empowered over 500 students from 15 high schools in Boston and surrounding areas, to cross the finish line.The formula is simple. You show up. You work hard. You have fun! DREAMFAR is the only high school marathon program in New England. More than 400 adults have volunteered, mentored students, including over 30 teachers. DREAMFAR students discover an inner strength that will guide them through their years in school and beyond.
