Dreaming For Kids was founded to make an impact on the lives of orphaned and underprivileged kids in Africa. The reality for many children in East Africa is that opportunities to further their education are few, especially beyond primary school. Dreaming For Kids aspires to provide secondary school scholarships, giving those most vulnerable the building blocks for a better future. It is our belief that education is key to defeating poverty.Dreaming For Kids has had the privilege of spending time with some amazing kids in the community of Arusha, Tanzania, through a local organization called Good Hope Orphanage. Good Hope is a loving home for orphaned and underprivileged children that provides each child with basic needs such as food, water, shelter, and clothing, as well as enrollment in a primary school that Good Hope runs on site. The needs of the orphanage and primary school are met through the generosity of donors and volunteers, mostly from the international community.
