Dreams Come True is a national charity that fulfils the dreams of seriously ill children and young people aged between 2 and 21. A dream can be anything from swimming with dolphins, meeting a favourite celebrity or bespoke equipment that improves daily life. Whatever the dream may be, the experience of fulfilling a dream has a profound impact on both the child, their family, friends and carers. It provides a positive focus amongst countless hospital appointments and lengthy treatments, creating joyful memories for families to treasure in difficult times. Over 50,000 children and young people access palliative care in the UK each year and it is our passion to reach as many of these children as possible. We are supported by an army of private individuals, companies, trusts and foundations whose amazing generosity and fundraising energy provides the resources we need to make dreams come true.
