Drinking Buddy is a promotional website focusing on the hotel industry. Our goal as an organisation is to bring people back to the hotels and pubs that have been such an important part of Australian culture.Drinking Buddy operates several different forms of advertisement & promotions, including: • Our website (And soon to be App)• Social media pages• Email campaignsOur website has been designed to work on both PCs and mobile devices, with a very stylish and simplistic design making it easy to navigate. In terms of advertising space, there is a homepage for each state, which automatically changes each day of the week. Users can also find deals via several search options, including location search (shows nearby hotels & pubs using both a postcode or Google Maps), deal type & a simple hotel name search.In terms of social media pages, we are currently operating a Facebook page for each state, as well as national Twitter & Google+ pages. We use these social media pages as another way of communicating hotel & pub specials to our followers, as well as keeping them informed with what is happening with Drinking Buddy. Our email campaigns are also designed to provide similar information to subscribers.Drinking Buddy also looks to work with organisations such as the AHA (Australian Hotel Association) and the Liquor Industry Golf Club as a means of positively impacting the industry.We will be launching our app in the near future so stay tuned for updates!
