Dan has lived in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, is fluent in Chinese and well connected within the circles that count. Simon has worked in the hospitality industry from London to Sydney, consulting on some of the world's top drinking establishments. Drinks99 currently import and distribute Sipsmith, Teapigs and Aba Pisco in China & Hong Kong.
