Locally crafted Ice Cream inspired by Filipino Sorbetes. Dating back to the early 1900s, "Sorbetes" or "Dirty Ice Cream" is a popular street food in the Philippines. Street peddlers (sorbetero) brave the hot tropical weather and use humble ingredients to churn and freeze delicious hand made ice cream. They then travel around town by foot, serving the freshly made ice cream from their skillfully crafted carts - all with their own to hands. We pay homage to our Philippine roots by crafting fresh, handmade ice cream using traditional ingredients & adding a modern twist to classic flavours.
