DRYLAW is a revolutionary alcohol start-up providing a wide range of organic alcoholic and non-alcoholic spirits to consumers. Through our parent company, Organic Grape Spirit Ltd., we secured funding last year to scale up the pilot plant and implement our state-of-the-art technologies industrially. We are currently working with industry-leading companies such as Stranger & Stranger to develop our product line-up and prepare for a global launch.As a committed brand with a strong focus on sustainability and heritage, we are using 100% organic raw materials to develop premium spirits without damaging the environment or compromising the quality of our products. Employing pioneering fermentation and distillation protocols, we develop and preserve the organoleptic and aromatic proprieties of each grape variety used and pass on its characteristic aroma into the final spirit. Consequently, we achieve a more authentic grape flavour and a healthier alternative while using less caramel and sulphites.
