The DT38 Foundation is a registered charity (1160269) and was founded in memory of the talented professional footballer Dylan Tombides, who lost a long and brave battle with Testicular Cancer in 2014, aged 20. Dylan played for West Ham United FC and represented Australia at U23 level. He was obsessed with the ‘beautiful game' from a young age and was destined for the very top. Adored for his charming personality and recognised for his ouTstanding ability, Dylan was immensely popular on and off the pitch. But above all, he was a wonderful son, brother, family man and friend to so many.Since 2015, DT38 and has made great strides in raising awareness of testicular cancer both in the UK and Australia. We are very privileged to benefit from close links with many major football organisations including West Ham United FC, Socceroos, Football Federation Australia, Perth Glory FC, PFA Australia and PFA UK #DelayIsDeadlyGetEducated #LetThePlayersPlay #AwarenessDownUnder
